Polyurea/ Polyaspartic flooring is a 2 component (Base color and Hardener) liquid flooring that we pour and spread over concrete that bonds, seals and protects it. Commonly done in either solid colors, a variegate stain sealer, or in our popular flake system where high quality colored chips are broadcast into the wet basecoat to give the floor some texture and a variety of colors that brighten the space and also help with slip resistance. A clear topcoat is added to seal it all in and protect everything. It is UV resistant, withstands heavy traffic and is well suited for residential and commercial applications with much faster curing times than most other coatings. Additional slip resistance can be added in or on the clear topcoat if needed.
